I am a biologist with a degree from the Luiz de Queiroz College of Agriculture, University of São Paulo. My background is in molecular biology, with experience in the genomic characterization of transgenic sugarcane plants. My current research focuses on genomic characterization, transposable elements, and effector genes involved in plant–smut fungus interactions.
