We are the Genomics Lab. Our research group works with molecular plant-pathogen interaction to understand how plants and pathogens communicate to establish compatible or incompatible interactions.

We combine genomics, transcriptomics, and other multi-omics approaches with molecular biology and bioinformatics to identify key genes, pathways, and regulatory networks involved in host defense and pathogen virulence. Our research focuses on deciphering how pathogens manipulate host cellular processes and how plants perceive and respond to these challenges.
